THESIS
J. Robert Oppenheimer proved his exceptional leadership at Los Alamos with his terribly successful development of the first atomic bomb. However, this success was short-lived, as time would distort Oppenheimer's achievements into a grotesque display of sheer destruction. What began as an advantage to the United States and the Allied forces, once holding the promise of bringing peace to the warring world, became a threat to every country and every generation of the future.
